About Cornerstone
Cornerstone is one of Scotland’s largest charities and providers of social care. With a turnover of £40 million it is a sizable business and one that works in partnership with 19 local authorities and employs over 2,200 people.
Our charitable aim is to enable the people we support to live a valued life – the life they choose. Alongside our core values – to be caring, customer focused, professional and pioneering – our charitable purpose guides all that we do.
Cornerstone is currently going through significant change as it adopts a new way of working which aims to address some of the challenges faced by the social care sector. Our new model – Local Cornerstone – is receiving worldwide attention. It is an exciting time to be joining the organisation.
