Head of Commercial Services

up to £70,000
As Head of Commercial Services you will make a significant contribution to the successful commercial development and business growth of River Clyde Property Management (RCPM), a subsidiary company of River Clyde Homes (RCH). The role will be responsible for devising business proposals to implement commercial initiatives, including the business, budget and P&L case and evidence. All commercial operations undertaken by RCPM will be the responsibility of the Head of Commercial Services, ensuring evidenced service quality, compliance with service standards and targets as well as their continuous improvement.
As a member of the Senior Management Team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to develop and implement clear plans and activities to deliver business performance and growth.

A Chartered Member of a recognised professional body, you will have significant experience of managing substantial scale projects, programme delivery and development function.
You will posses high levels of credibility and competence, demonstrating up to date knowledge and understanding of CDM and health and safety regulations, specifically the design and implementation of safe systems of work. Experience of delivering service excellence and leading change initiatives will be important as will be the ability to collaborate and influence a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
