Springfield Properties PLC is a multi-award winning Scottish builder of private and affordable homes with more than 520 employees. We have offices in Elgin and Larbert and are active on 32 developments across Scotland. Among these are two new Springfield villages – Dykes of Gray in Dundee and Bertha Park, Perth, with further upcoming villages in Elgin and Stirling.

The company has approximately doubled in size every five years and, to support continuing growth, floated on AIM at the London Stock Exchange in October 2017. The £25m of new capital raised will accelerate the delivery of new villages and affordable housing and enable further investment in land.

We are now looking to build on our sustained success with two key appointments at Managing Director level. Managing Director (North) will be based in Elgin and Managing Director (Central) will be based in Larbert.
