Thank you for your interest in the role of Deputy CEO/Director of Finance and Corporate Services for Rural Stirling Housing Association.

This role is a key senior role and will be instrumental in making sure we can realise our plans.

We are small and rural, but we are also forward thinking and ambitious. This is an exciting but challenging time to be joining our organisation and we are looking for an exceptional candidate who can help us to respond to the current economic uncertainty with sound advice and guidance.

We have put in place a Strategic Plan for the Rural Stirling Group and have a significant programme of investment in our existing stock and ambitious plans for growth through new build. We have a very strong identity with the communities that we serve and strong relationships with a large number of diverse partners including Stirling Council and the National Park. We are determined to play our part in achieving the Scottish Government’s housing targets and are delighted with the additional support being provided to assist in making rural schemes viable.

We are looking for a Deputy CEO/Director of Finance and Corporate Services who shares our vision and values and will bring drive and focus to the role with passion and enthusiasm. You will bring strong modern leadership skills, strategic planning and financial management experience. You will also be able to demonstrate effective communication skills and be able to engage purposefully with our key stakeholders so crucial in a rural area. Value for money will be at the heart of your role to ensure our tenants and the wider communities we serve receive the highest quality services. Our people are very important to us, and you will help us to set the tone for the way Rural Stirling operates by embodying our values and role modelling the behaviours we expect from all who work for and with us.
