We have an excellent opportunity for a proven, self-directed leader the opportunity to join Castle Water’s growing team as Programme Manager. Leading a portfolio of operational projects and programmes that create, develop and integrate innovative solutions to key operational challenges, you will work with internal teams and subject matter experts to analyse current processes, identify waste and develop improvement opportunities. The role offers collaborative working across the operational leadership team and the wider business to ensure successful and consistent delivery of change with minimal disruption. You will be tasked with establishing a best-practice programme governance model for all business projects and providing leadership, support and development of a Business Support Team.

We are seeking applicants with a highly customer-centric approach to solving business challenges who can demonstrate their success and experience in delivering business projects from conception to completion and developing process improvement methodologies with delivery of measurable results. Candidates should be effective communicators educated to degree level in a business or related discipline; advanced Excel skills and a strong numerical and analytical capability are essential.

The role is based in Blairgowrie, within 30 minutes of Perth and Dundee and on the doorstep of the Cairngorm National Park, combining fantastic access to leisure activities with being close to the major cities of Scotland.
