Staff quotes:

  • “Epilepsy Scotland is such a supportive place to work with plenty of encouragement and opportunities for development through external training and support. Staff wellbeing is consistently prioritised and the staff are all so lovely to work alongside”
  • “Even before working here, Epilepsy Scotland was a charity really close to my heart. Growing up with experience of epilepsy in my family, I know how important wellbeing services are to people living with epilepsy and that epilepsy is ‘more than seizures’. As a fundraiser I am inspired by the amazing support we receive from people whose lives have been touched by epilepsy. I love that my job is hugely varied with opportunities to be creative (designing fundraising resources and writing about the work) analytical (looking at fundraising data and analysing trends) and interpersonal (meeting people and finding out about why they are fundraising)”
  • “Epilepsy Scotland is a hugely rewarding and satisfying place to work. Everyone is very passionate and driven about the work they do, and I particularly value the supportive working environment. The flexible work-life balance has been a life saver and helped me manage my wellbeing throughout a very challenging period.”
