As a member of the Leadership team, you will lead the charity operations in the North of England, working with colleagues across the organisation to achieve TCV’s refreshed strategy. You will play a critical role in translating the refreshed strategy into regional delivery and role modelling the ways of working necessary to achieve success. You will have worked at senior leadership level in an operational environment and be an experienced people leader and have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The ability of knowing what it takes to create great places to work and lead people across different sites will be critical.

As well as internal relationships, you will enjoy building and developing relationships with customers, partners and suppliers. You will be focused and driven on achieving our outcomes for our beneficiaries and therefore, have a proven track record of successful delivery and the ability to apply your experience in a rapidly changing environment.
