Elderpark has been working to create and support better living spaces for its customers since 1975 and in addition also provides a factoring service to around 240 customers. It boasts a strong reputation within the sector and continues to deliver new homes and high-quality services for its communities, alongside a new head office which was recently opened with a virtual tour.

The organisation has created the new post – Maintenance Services Manager – to support the Director of Maintenance Services and the delivery of a high quality and efficient repairs and maintenance services. Elderpark delivers a highly efficient and quality repairs and maintenance service, and the new post holder will be vital in driving performance, meeting customer expectations and ensuring that it’s homes are safe, are in good condition while respecting the quality and history its traditional tenemental homes and the effective designs of its newer properties.

The Maintenance Services Manager will be responsible for the development and delivery of reactive, void, planned and cyclical repairs and maintenance services. The post holder will manage and support the day-to-day activity of the maintenance team ensuring service and works are delivered to a high standard with a customer focus.

The appointed candidate will be a strong leader with a customer focus, who delivers high quality services whilst developing team members. They will possess strong technical knowledge and experience of delivering property maintenance services. Experience within the RSL sector is not essential for applicants, transferability and relevance must be highlighted within your application.
