Salary: £35,000 – £38,000
The Mungo Foundation is a provider of social care and support for vulnerable people in Glasgow, West Central Scotland and beyond. Our mission is to improve and enrich the lives of the most vulnerable people in our communities through our charitable work. At any one time, we typically run around 40 different types of project, delivering support to over 1,500 individuals, their families and communities.
We are now searching for an IT Manager to join our team to work closely with our outsourced IT provider, and the Senior Management Team to develop an integrated IT strategy that promotes cost efficiencies and effective use of IT systems, networks, software and hardware across the organisation.
Responsibilities include –
- Providing advice and guidance regarding all IT matters
- Developing the IT Strategy
- Liaising with outsourced providers to find solutions to business challenges
- Delivering training to the in-house teams
- To lead on IT Project management
- SharePoint implementation and rollout.
Reporting to the Finance Director, the successful candidate will be a solutions-driven individual who has experience with SharePoint and Microsoft 365. You should be capable of translating IT jargon to inform and promote best practice across the organisation. This role offers a great deal of flexibility.
