Reporting to the Head of HR the HR Business Partner will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive and professional HR service to support growth and high performance management across the business. As a key member of the HR team you will have demonstrable skills and experience in all aspects of people management the successful candidate will have a flair for dealing with complex and ambiguous situations in a calm, fair and empowering manner. An ability to build relationships based on trust and credibility is essential.

You will implement the HR strategy with the delivery of people plans across the company, coaching and advising staff at all levels. You will enjoy working within a paced and innovative environment, taking ownership of key areas of work, to ensure that our client can maintain the skilled, flexible and motivated workforce it needs to ensure the delivery the highest quality product, efficiently.

Experience & Knowledge required
 Graduate or Corporate membership of CIPD
 The expertise which would be gained with several years generalist HR experience
 Experience of providing quality professional HR advice to directors, managers and employees
 Proven experience of employee relations matters including complex disciplinary & grievance      matters
 Sound working knowledge of up to date employment legislation and best practice
 Good working knowledge of HR systems

Skills & Abilities
 Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
 Competent in all aspects of recruitment and selection
 Excellent organisational skills and able to set and meet deadlines, often to tight timescales
 Able to prepare HR reports and interpret results
 Strong facilitation skills
