The Head of Housing & Customer Services reports to the CEO and has responsibility for the Association’s Housing and Customer Services provision. Responsible areas include Allocations, Rental Management, Tenancy Management, Customer Involvement, Arrears Control, Housing Initiatives, External Communication, Corporate Administration, Association Management and Staffing Matters. This role will support the CEO in formulating policy, strategy and planning, together with the operational running of the association.

Having worked within social housing for a minimum of 5 years you will have significant experience in leading and supporting a forward thinking team. You will also be experienced in dealing with housing management issues, including complaints, arrears and tenancy sustainment whilst having an understanding of tenant support needs.

Preferably a member of a professional body, you will have significant knowledge of Scottish housing legislation, information management and data protection legislation, together with experience of formulating and delivering reporting systems.
