As a key member of the senior leadership team the postholder will ensure the delivery of a range of construction projects with a particular remit to introduce and embed the right skills and processes across the department, ensuring effective and efficient project delivery across a full range of size and complexity. In doing so the postholder will make a key contribution towards ensuring the delivery of the University’s strategic estates vision.in the context of an unprecedented capital investment programme over the next ten years.
