We are working with Viewpoint to recruit a new Head of Asset Management. The role will provide leadership and direction for the management of the asset stock, approved capital programmes and deliver the Asset Management Strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting full scale asset reviews and options appraisals of our housing stock. In addition, the role will be accountable for maintaining accurate records of Viewpoint’s housing stock and investment programmes whilst ensuring the safety of our customers through effective management of property services.

Essential for this role will be a number of years’ experience in delivering property maintenance and capital programmes in a senior level management role. You must have strong leadership skills, demonstrating initiative, strong communication and a positive outlook as well as knowledge of policy issues relating to housing and asset management. We require an individual who seeks innovative ways of improving services, with the ability to implement policies and analytical reports. It is essential that the successful candidate has graduate and professional qualifications in a building, construction or housing related discipline and possesses a valid driving license.
