TRS are a growing and progressive contractor who provide a fully integrated ‘One Stop Shop’ service to the insurance industry. TRS specialise in reinstatement, refurbishment and smaller works for both commercial and domestic projects.
Established in 1998, TRS remain privately owned and they have worked to position themselves as the recognised leader across Scotland in all-trades reinstatement, renovation and new build. The diverse team aims to deliver excellent services and project outcomes. With a strong client base and firm order book the company is expected to continue is growth and success.
To help the business progress to the next stage, they are seeking to recruit a Finance & Operations Director. This role will be based in their Stirling office, which has recently undergone a full refurbishment and offers an excellent working environment. This is an ideal opportunity to innovate and play a vital role in the management and improvement of a successful business
Coupled with daily financial management, development of TRS IT infrastructure and the creation of a paperless/reduced paper process will be key priorities for the post holder, as well as leadership and continued development of the company finance function.
The appointed candidate will be a Chartered accountant, ideally with a background in construction, however applications with highlighted transferability from a commercial setting within engineering, manufacturing or a similar industry will happily be considered. Numerical accuracy and translation into commercial impact coupled with the ability to lead change will be the main attributes needed for the role.
