Weslo Housing Management Ltd, a company limited by guarantee with charitable status, is a Registered Social Landlord which provides a number of housing services across the Falkirk and West Lothian Council areas. We manage 2384 affordable housing properties and provide a property management service to over 3,500 private owners. The postholder will hold an Executive Director position on the company’s Board and forms part of the Executive Team with responsibility for directing, leading, inspiring and developing the Finance department. They will also hold responsibility for financial and treasury management, whilst ensuring sector compliance.
The successful candidate will hold a relevant accountancy qualification and have experience of developing policy and financial strategy with a Registered Social Landlord. They will also have experience of leading, managing and developing a Finance team. It is essential to have experience and an understanding of housing management and financial management ICT systems.
