It is the one of the leading providers of environmental services, campaigns, and practical initiatives which contribute positively towards Scotland’s environmental ambitions whilst also resolving to address environmental problems.

Reporting to the CEO, the Operations Director (Business Development) is crucial to the continued success of the organisation and is a key member of the Executive Team. The organisation is seeking an exceptional individual with significant entrepreneurial skill and commercial acumen that will help the achievement of its ambitious plans.

It is likely that your business skills and experience will help identify, develop and nurture mutually beneficial relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. You will be sympathetic to our environmental ambitions and values and will be confident that you can grow the reputation and credibility of the organisation.

You will be experienced in securing inward investment, new business opportunities and new relationships across a broad stakeholder base. Innovative in your approach with ambition for excellence, you may have been described by others as an inspirational leader by taking people with you and developing high performing individuals and teams.
