This is an exciting time for an experienced and inspiring HR leader to join HIAL’s (Highlands & Islands Airports Ltd) multi-site and highly regulated organisation. 

You’ll be a key member of their senior leadership team and central to their vision and the associated operational and business objectives.  Partnering with your Senior Management colleagues, you’ll develop a strong HR strategy, linked to HIAL’s business strategy, enabling them to build organisational and individual capability. 

You’ll bring a strong combination of generalist operational HR, a strategic overview plus leadership skills, with a focus on transformation and change management. Ideally, you will also be highly commercial with excellent influencing, stakeholder management and communication skills.  

As a strategic and hands-on leader, you’ll support local management to achieve HR operational excellence.   Capable of driving business change, you’ll facilitate improvement in all operational and commercial areas of the business. You’ll drive a culture of collaboration and high performance, ensuring staff are motivated, supported and developed to provide exceptional services to the areas HIAL serve.
