We are ready and able to develop new housing, care homes and services and our Director of Finance will be a key player in realising these ambitions. Providing strategic and operational leadership to the Finance Team, the role will have responsibility for developing Viewpoint’s financial capacity to support our growth and strategic aspirations.

Essential for this role will be significant expertise and achievement at a senior level in a commercial, not for profit or public sector organisation. We require an individual with demonstrable experience of leading and managing a complex finance function and financial risk, as well as a proven track record of leading the development and implementation of financial strategies. With highly developed communication skills in persuasion and negotiation, you will have experience of developing and implementing systems to enhance control and support business operations as well as successful partnership working.
