Innovation is at the heart of their approach to teaching and learning which enables personalised development for all 27,000 students across a range of nearly 2,000 courses from Access Level to Masters.

We are working with City of Glasgow to appoint a dynamic and visionary Depute Principal and COO to support the leadership of a world-class learning and teaching environment. The role of Depute Principal and COO requires an innovative and ambitious leader to provide effective and efficient day-to-day management of the College and proactive development and service delivery of various strategic projects. The opportunity demands inspirational and exemplary leadership; the post-holder will assume the role of mentor and collegiate member of the Executive Leadership Team, championing change, effective communication, continuous improvement and empowerment. 

We are seeking high calibre individuals with strong strategic management experience and a sound knowledge of the further and higher education sector. You will be expected to be an excellent communicator at all levels, internally and externally, to effectively represent and promote the College. Proven inspirational leadership experience that promotes respect and motivation is essential, along with the ability to demonstrate skill in articulating your vision and showing how it can succeed.
