Wishaw & District Housing Association (WDHA) is currently looking for a Corporate Services Manager to lead the corporate services function and provide excellent support services for the Chief Executive and other teams within the association.

WDHA is a community based housing association which was established in 1978, the result of a joint initiative between Motherwell District Council and the Housing Corporation Scotland. The association has delivered a number of developments since 1990 building up to a stock of 973 homes whilst providing excellent services to their tenants.

This is a fantastic time to join WDHA. The association is currently in a period of transition and improvement; we are recruiting for 3 management posts which include this position, a Finance Manager and a Maintenance & Asset Manager. This role will be part of a new ambitious management team, assisting the Chief Executive in implementing the business plan.

The post holder will be lead the Corporate Services Team which provide internal support services to the association, this includes human resources, official communications, complaints handling, and office management. This role will support the Chief Executive, Board and Committees in relation to governance and secretarial matters. As part of the management team you will ensure regulatory compliance across the association and provide essential information and reports to key stakeholders.

This role will play a significant part in ensuring that Wishaw & District Housing Association continues to operate effectively and is compliant with the Scottish Housing Regulator & the Office of the Scottish Charities Register.
