Part-time – 20hours per week
Shifts: Monday – Thurs: 4pm-8pm, 2 Saturdays per month 9am – 1pm.

What you’ll be doing…
You will be answering the phone on behalf of our clients.
Responding to emails in a timely manner.
Helping our customers with all questions and queries.
Advising customers on payment plans.
The ideal candidate will have great communication skills and listening skills. You will be a team player who enjoys speaking to customers and loves to help others. We are looking for a person who wants to make a difference and strives to go the extra mile! Experience in the finance industry is preferable, but not essential.
