MAKE HISTORY – CHANGE THE FUTURE

£competitive + car + benefits + relocation assistance

You’re an inspiring leader with the energy and insight to guide CrossReach through a challenging social care landscape. You motivate and enthuse everyone around you to share in your vision.  This is your opportunity to lead their people in this fast-changing sector, and to shape their organisation and its services.

CrossReach is one of Scotland’s largest voluntary social care organisations. They provide care, support and counselling services for a wide range of people in need, right across Scotland. They are looking for an outstanding individual to lead their management team and continue to build on their successes, to develop innovative ideas and adopt new initiatives.

It’s important to understand that you’re building on solid foundations here. Plenty of work has been done to ensure that CrossReach is more than ‘fit for purpose’. Now they need you to develop and drive forward the strategic and business plans that underpin their growth in this evolving market.  You will also raise CrossReach’s profile as you communicate the values, Christian ethos and vital work that make them unique. And as Secretary of the Social Care Council, you will also represent CrossReach within the wider Church of Scotland.

With proven experience of leading change at senior level, you will bring a thorough understanding of current policy relating to social care. You understand how the sector is developing – and the opportunities and risks ahead.

In addition, you are required to have a Christian faith and be able to work within and uphold Crossreach’s Christian ethos. This post is subject to PVG Scheme Membership.

CrossReach is the Social Care arm of the Church of Scotland – a charity registered in Scotland SC011353.
