Due to successful growth, McDermott Group requires a forward thinking, ambitious individual to join their team as a Bid Manager. McDermott’s continued success has led to the creation of this post, the bid manager will deliver a high quality, innovative bid manager service and produce bespoke PQQ and tender submissions, which tackle the requirements of each bid and also establishes the groups values, purpose and position as a market leader.

You will contribute to the ongoing success and growth of the group, which positively impacts many communities.

Experience in bid and tender preparation for publically funded clients and previous exposure to M&E, FM, construction, and social housing organisations would be preferable. The ideal candidate will hold membership or will be working towards membership of a professional body and be able to create engaging, informative and persuasive content, positioning McDermott authentically with potential clients.
