Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, the Associate Director – Organisational Development & People will be a key leader in the business and a member of the Senior Executive Team.  This is a Senior Leadership role, providing strategic and operational support to the Executive Team, and is a significant appointment for ORE Catapult as the business continues its ambitious growth and development.  With over 180 employees across the organisation, people are key for ORE Catapult and we want to be the best in developing and supporting our people with a modern and innovative HR function.

The Associate Director will work closely with the Board, and the business overall, to lead, shape and deliver the HR Strategy in line with the overall business Strategy.  The Association Director will provide support and direction at a strategic level for the business, ensuring that a professional HR service is delivered to a high standard in line with the values of the company. 

We are looking for an experienced and qualified individual, with a proven track record of leading and developing a modern people function in an innovative and strategic way. You will bring a fresh, modern and collaborative approach to HR and People to ensure the function is key in shaping the business and to contribute to the growth of the business overall.
