My name is Susan James, and I am the Association’s Chairperson.

We are looking for a leader who will take us forward, building on our excellent work and achievements over the last 42 years but will also bring a culture of trust, change, innovation and continuous improvement for the future.

We are a growing and ambitious organisation, and our aim is to provide a decent home for all who wish to live in our communities, and to maintain and manage our properties to the highest standard possible.

We need an energetic and experienced individual who can lead the organisation from the front, deliver the key objectives in our business plan, improve on already high service standards, and work collaboratively with colleagues, Committee members, and our external partners.

In a post-Covid environment, we are looking for fresh thinking about new service models to deliver a first-class service to our customers and stakeholders.
