As the strategic leader of the organisation, the Executive Director will work closely with the President, Council, sub-committees and lead the staff to deliver the new five-year strategy for growth whilst ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, statutory guidance and the terms of the charter. The new Executive Director will act as an ambassador for the ICF and the profession.

We are looking for a passionate, strategic leader who has demonstrable experience and understanding of managing a business or charity with a track record in engaging with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in public speaking, driving membership growth, have excellent people skills, with the ability to communicate and connect with stakeholders and members.
