As one of the oldest furniture and mattress manufacturers with roots in the late 19^th century, Dovetail Enterprises provides opportunities in employment and training to disabled or disadvantaged members of society. Working across a number of sectors which they supply, this is an amazing opportunity to support social impact and make a difference locally.

Dovetail Enterprises aims to be one of the leading employers of disadvantaged and disabled people in Scotland.  As well as manufacturing high quality products, they add value through Community Benefit Clauses on public sector contracts or Key Performance Indicators for Corporate Social Responsibility targets.

Now, Dovetail seek a new Chief Executive to provide leadership as well as strategic and operational responsibilities. Pushing key partnerships and stakeholder relationships, the Chief Executive will focus on business development opportunities and be an advocate for the charity and those they support. They will support the senior management team and provide solid governance by reporting to the Board of Directors.
