The Role: Visionary Leadership & Operational Excellence

As Depute Principal & COO, you will play a crucial dual role in helping to shape the College’s future strategic direction whilst primarily overseeing its daily operations. Your leadership will ensure that our purpose and way are embedded in everything we do, driving transformative results for students, staff, and stakeholders alike. You will also:

• Provide strategic leadership to deliver Inspiration | Excellence | Innovation across all areas of the College.
• Ensure a consistent high level of operational performance as COO leading the day-to-day delivery, alignment and planning across all executive areas on both sites.
• Work closely with the College’s executive and senior management teams to maintain and enhance its world-class educational environment.
• Be responsible for the full continuum of compliance and operational planning.
• Coordinate and be the convening lead for the strategic and special projects.
• To deputise for the Principal internally and where necessary externally.
