Director of Adult Care

Welcome

Foreword by Viv Dickenson, CEO

Hello, and thank you for your interest in the role of Director of Adult Care Services at CrossReach.

This is an exciting time to be joining us and a fantastic opportunity for career development in a reputable and vibrant organisation.

CrossReach remains one of Scotland’s largest voluntary social care organisations, with around 1,700 employees and an annual turnover of £44M.

We are a values driven organisation and that, coupled with our size and diversity of provision, makes us unique in the voluntary sector. We strive to deliver excellent customer service with co-production and the views of people who use our services being vitally important.

CrossReach operates as part of the Church of Scotland charity and is currently undertaking a strategic review to put us in the best position possible to respond to the introduction of a National Care Service over the next three years. You will have the opportunity to influence that change within the organisation.

We are looking for an outstanding individual with a proven track record of leading and developing needs-led services, ensuring quality standards are high and customer needs are met.  You will have brought creative solutions to complex challenges, have experience in leading services through change, and be an excellent communicator.

In turn you will be supported by a strong cohesive and committed leadership team ready to face the future together.

If you have any questions on the role or CrossReach, please do not hesitate to contact Debbie Shields at our recruitment partners, Aspen People, on 0141 212 7555.

I very much look forward to hearing from you.
