This is an exciting time to join our forward thinking, dynamic and innovative team.  Ardenglen has gone through a period of transformational change and business renewal.  We are excited about our future and our new Business Plan clearly maps out ambition to build on our success and places customers firmly at the heart of everything we do.

As Chief Executive I am focussed on leading the organisation to ensure we are doing the right things in the best way possible.  This includes leading and driving a programme of continuous improvement and a culture where we value and empower our people, to achieve the best outcomes for our customers, at the same time challenging ourselves to go ‘beyond compliance’.

We are proud of our community roots and have a strong 30 year track record of providing quality homes and services as a community controlled organisation.  Customer engagement has a key focus in our new Business Plan with a commitment to designing new and different platforms for enhanced and inclusive engagement.

Ardenglen has a close interest in what goes on in the wider community and a significant track record in promoting social and physical regeneration.  We also have productive relationships with a number of community-based organisations.  The importance of strong local relationships has been underlined during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Although the sector faces many challenges going forward, we are motivated, passionate and confident in our strategic and financial planning with a positive mind-set where we view challenges as opportunities.  To ensure our continued success we require the right level of knowledge and expertise within the senior leadership team, to support the delivery of our Business Plan and beyond.

We are seeking positive, experienced leaders to drive forward change and to build a strong team and culture within the organisation. If you would like to be part of this new senior leadership team you should be a dynamic individual with the ability to think and act strategically.  You should be creative and solution focussed, with a proven track record in building relationships, empowering, developing and motivating teams to always get the very best from people.
