Meet Debbie Shields
Debbie is a Director with Aspen People and heads up the business’s Interim and Third Sector divisions. Debbie is a highly experienced recruiter with over ten years of experience covering various sectors.
Her career has been focused on working with senior leadership teams on key appointments in the executive and non-executive space in Scotland and London.
Debbie is particularly interested in the Non-Profit sector and is committed to ensuring diversity. She is a massive advocate of joining a Board. Since 2017 Debbie has served on the boards of The Judy Murray Foundation and, after almost 5 years, stepped down as President of Scottish Women in Business. In September 2022, stepped down as Chair of SAY Women. Debbie joined as a Non-Executive Director of The Scottish Refugee Council in June 2022.
Debbie brings a unique blend of commercial and third-sector knowledge, experience and passion to every assignment.
