This is an exciting opportunity to join a committed and innovative housing association which is passionate about providing inclusive housing for disabled people where they can participate as valued citizens within communities that support independent living.

We are looking for an engaging and strategic leader who shares our passion for driving change and can represent our values through collaboration across the wider Link Group, of which we are part. 

Our new Chief Executive will work closely with the Link senior management group and be accountable to our Management Board for the implementation of our strategic objectives and business plan.

We are looking for someone who can become a key influencer working with Scottish Government and a wide range of external partners in all sectors who are interested in promoting independent living and accessible housing.

Horizon is driven by our commitment to the inclusion of disabled people; this affects our choices and priorities, the design and redesign of our housing and our support services.  If you share our vision to create inclusive communities where everyone has a home that meets their needs, and have the personal qualities to succeed in this role, we would very much welcome your application for this key post.
