The Group is one of the largest providers of affordable housing and care services in Scotland. In recent years we have been recognised as Homes for Scotland’s Housing Provider of the Year and awarded Scotland’s Affordable Home Builder of the Year.

Our strategic footprint is most significant in the Fife region and currently extends beyond that into Perth and Kinross, Clackmannanshire and Falkirk council areas, with ambitious plans to pursue future regional growth opportunities.

The work we do at the Kingdom Group is about so much more than bricks and mortar, with our customers and the communities in which they live, work and play, being our main focus. Our wraparound services help our customers and their families thrive, supporting our mission to provide more than a home. We do that through our Group structure which goes beyond our core affordable housing services offer, reaching into community care, homelessness support, employability support, tenancy support and wider community resilience building activity.

We have a track record of growing through improvement, partnership and innovation and have developed pioneering projects such as the Naumann Initiative, simultaneously tackling unemployment and homelessness. Our partnership with the University of St Andrews is the first of its kind regionally, and provides much-needed access to affordable housing for postgraduate students, staff and their families.
