As Finance Manager at Tama CE GmbH, you will be a critical member of our local team. Reporting to The Subsidiary Manager, your responsibilities encompass financial management, reporting, and personnel management, including payroll and HR tools. To excel in the position, candidates should align with the following key requirements and responsibilities:

  • Proven track record overseeing financial accounting and control
  • Monthly and annual closings
  • Lead Annual and Half-Year Audits
  • Annual budgeting for company expenses and overheads
  • Monthly forecasting (P&L)
  • Ensure compliance with DE tax law
  • Manage intercompany accounting
  • Efficient Working Capital Management (Cash flows, Accounts Receivables, and Payables)
  • Ensure internal control compliance
  • Utilize strong analytical skills in an international group environment
  • Demonstrate leadership potential for managing staff
  • Proficiency in legal knowledge and social law (German legislation)
  • Familiarity with Oracle is desirable, or a proven ability to pick up new ERP systems
  • Occasional travel to HQ in Israel required

Ideal candidates will hold internationally recognized accountancy qualifications (e.g., DBV, OEC, ACCA), but those who are demonstrably qualified by experience will also be considered. A minimum of 10 years of financial accounting experience is required, preferably within a subsidiary environment in the trading or industrial sector. Strong aptitude for business partnering and group structure reporting is expected, as well as an appreciation for the pivotal role of finance in a sales organization. Excellent communication skills are essential, both in English and in German.
