All of Lauren’s hard work and success saw her be rewarded with a promotion to Consultant. When Lauren was promoted, Debbie Shields was happy to say, “Lauren is an absolute pleasure to work with, and I couldn’t be happier with how she has contributed to the team here at Aspen over the last 6 months. Thanks, Lauren, for all your hard work and positivity!! Excited to see how you develop and progress your future here with us; exciting times ahead”
“The recruitment process was very different to other recruitment companies I’d interviewed with. It was far more informal here. I had a video interview with Donogh, who I work closely with. Just to brainstorm some ideas as to how we could work together. During the recruitment process, I really liked the feel of Aspen People and I liked flexibility of how they choose to work.
“We like to change things up at Aspen. If you have got any ideas, they’ll be taken into consideration. We are quite a small company so everyone has a say which is really nice.
