Role: Finance Manager
Location: Fife
Salary: £35,240 – £42,031 plus excellent benefits package

Reporting to the Director of Finance and Governance, as a member of the Finance and Governance Team, this post is responsible for the delivery of a high quality, tenant and customer focused, comprehensive and value for money service in accordance with the Group’s values, aims, policies and procedures.

As well as experience of working at an operational management level, producing financial plans as part of a strategic business planning process and producing Statutory Accounts, the successful candidate will be forward thinking, innovative, highly motivated and goal orientated with significant knowledge and understanding of financial management and accounting practices. You should also have demonstrable leadership skills to help lead and motivate the Finance Team. Whilst not essential, experience of working in public sector housing would be advantageous.
