Our client is a not for profit social housing provider that owns and manages over 6,000 homes and provides factoring services to a further 2,250 homes in the West Coast of Scotland.

As Interim Head of Asset Management you will contribute to the successful delivery of the organisations business planning process, particularly the development, delivery and review of the Asset Management Plan. The role will have responsibility for demonstrating significant improvement across all aspects of the Asset Management Plan and creating a high performing technical services function.

A Chartered Member of a recognised professional body, you will have significant experience of managing a substantial scale asset management, programme delivery and development function. You will posses high levels of credibility and competence, demonstrating up to date knowledge and understanding of CDM and health and safety regulations, specifically the design and implementation of safe systems of work. Experience of leading change initiatives in the service sector will be important as will be the ability to collaborate and influence a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

Whilst this role is a temporary position, there is an opportunity for the role to become permanent.
