We are seeking an innovative, strategic individual to provide clear direction and fresh leadership to the College. The role of Principal requires a commitment to being an outstanding ambassador for the College at all times and the responsibility of establishing clear organisational goals which recognise and reflect the College’s culture. The ideal candidate will be politically astute and demonstrate a real passion for the work of the College and their students, supported by experience in developing a customer or learner focussed organisation and strengthening the organisational brand. An in-depth understanding of curriculum issues and development as well as an appreciation of the FE/HE context will be crucial to successfully create a culture of high quality and continuous improvement, thereby developing the College as the major provider of learning, education and training in the communities it serves.
