With our main campuses located in Dunfermline, Glenrothes and Kirkcaldy, we operate within the heart of Fife’s communities. Fife College has an annual turnover of over £45 million, of which 70% is funding from the Scottish Funding Council. The College currently has various non-SFC income sources through commercial contracts with employers, local authorities and other government agencies.

We are seeking an inspirational and strategic Chief Operating Officer to join our Executive Team and play a pivotal role in the delivery of our strategy. With leadership responsibility for a wide range of functions, including the development and service delivery of various projects, you will be a key architect in helping us build our capacity, capability and productivity.

We are seeking high calibre individuals with strong strategic management experience and a good understanding of the further education sector. You will be an excellent communicator at all levels, internally and externally, to effectively represent and promote the College. Proven leadership experience that promotes respect and motivation is essential, together with the ability to demonstrate skill in articulating your vision and showing how it can succeed.
