The purpose of Third Sector Dumfries and Galloway (TSDG) is to improve the quality of life of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged people in Dumfries and Galloway. TSDG do this by working with third sector partners and public agencies to identify areas and communities of greatest need, design responses and create an environment for innovation and growth.  TSDG are embarking on a new way of delivering these services. They have restructured to create an outward-facing engagement team who work closely with their new business support staff.

The first task for the Communications Manager will be to develop a communications strategy for the new business model working closely with the Chief Executive and Operations Manager. The Communications Manager will also play a key role in improving understanding and knowledge of the third sector both locally and nationally by engaging with stakeholders and partners. This is a fantastic opportunity for an energetic and motivated individual to input strategically into improving the lives of others.
