A community based housing association established in 1990 operating from a modern office in Castlemilk who own and manage over 950 homes for rent. We are now looking to appoint someone into the newly created post of Director of Finance, Digital and Corporate Services who will provide excellent strategic and financial planning, financial management and control, value for money, and the highest standards of governance, performance management and accessible services.

The successful candidate will deliver innovation and develop the digital services used by tenants and staff, creating a better connected and intelligent environment. The candidate will commit to the ethos and embrace the values of the association. Also holding responsibility for the development and direction of the finance, digital and corporate services team. As Director the individual will also contribute to the strategic direction of the organisation as a whole.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the modernisation of an established housing association with a proven track record. Delivering innovation and efficiencies to improve the services offered to the local community.
