Founded in 1998, Sleep Scotland promotes healthy sleep in children and young people through sleep awareness, sleep counselling and education through their sleep services function. They work throughout Scotland and in other parts of the UK providing intensive sleep programmes for children with additional support needs by training sleep councillors to work directly with families in need of support. They also run a support help line.

Teens+ provides post school education and lifelong learning services for young people with complex communication needs including autism and learning disabilities. Based in two centres in Edinburgh, the service is person centred and individualised to ensure each student, regardless of needs, can reach their fullest potential. Teens+ has more than doubled its capacity in the last 3 years and, with very positive feedback on the difference it makes to young adults, there is ongoing strong demand for its services.
