Join Us as Depute Principal & Chief Operating Officer – Lead the Future of Education
Welcome to City of Glasgow College, Scotland’s largest technological and professional education skills college. From our award-winning, twin-site Super Campus in the heart of Glasgow, we transform the life chances and livelihoods of students from Glasgow, Scotland, UK and beyond.
At City of Glasgow College, our collective purpose is to “Let Learning Flourish.” We exist to deliver greater opportunity and prosperity through education, inspiring students and staff alike to reach their full potential. Our way – Inspiration | Excellence | Innovation – defines how we approach everything we do, from teaching and learning to leadership and strategy.
In 2024, we achieved the highest accolade in UK tertiary education, the Queen’s Anniversary Prize, for our pioneering research into oxygen depletion on ships. As Scotland’s Super College, we are the nearest the UK has to a next generation Polytechnic. We are proud of our reputation for inspiration, inclusion, and excellence in tertiary education.
To help us build on this considerable innovative success, we’re seeking an exceptional leader, a high calibre executive to join our team as Depute Principal & Chief Operating Officer (COO). This pivotal role combines strategic leadership with the lead operational responsibility for the day-to-day running of the College.
