Thank you for your interest in the role of Chief Executive with Waverley Housing.

This is an exciting and challenging time for Waverley housing as we look forward to developing a number of the proposals in our business plan. Changes in government policy and leadership undoubtedly present additional challenges, but also present an opportunity for Waverley to cement our commitment to social housing and the tenants and communities that we serve. The effective and efficient management of our assets to achieve the goals outlined within our Asset Management Strategy will be a key success factor in this role.

We are looking for a Chief Executive who shares our vision and values and has the skills and enthusiasm to translate them into reality in increasingly tough times. We are committed to ensuring that we can continue to provide quality affordable homes and have a committed and enthusiastic workforce who work to maintain and improve the services we provide to our tenants.

Waverley Housing’s Board has a strong sense of identity and are keen to continue making progress in delivering our vision. As a Board we are seeking a new Chief Executive who has commercial acumen, modern style leadership, with the capacity to learn and grow and with a flair for innovation and relationships. The role offers an exciting and dynamic opportunity for the right candidate.
