Hillcrest comprises of Hillcrest Homes, which acts as the parent company, and three subsidiaries; Enterprises, Futures and Maintenance.

Hillcrest Enterprises provides over 1000 quality homes at discounted mid-market rents for people on limited incomes.

Hillcrest Futures provides support to more than 2500 people across Scotland in the areas of physical and learning disabilities, autism, young people and older people. Further services include supporting positive mental health and wellbeing, homelessness and drug and alcohol recovery.

Hillcrest Maintenance is our customer focused maintenance contractor who carries out a variety of cyclical, void, planned, responsive and property upgrade works for our customers.

Hillcrest Homes is one of Scotland’s largest housing associations with over 8,000 rented homes and covers a large geographical area in the east of the country. We remain an active developing RSL with stock growth in all of our areas of operation.

Hillcrest is at a pivotal moment, with ambitious priorities driving our organisation over the next three years. As Chief Executive, you’ll lead us to achieve our main objectives:

  • Deliver a transformative development programme and spearhead our Development Strategy.
  • Drive innovation in technology, data, and technology-enabled care, bringing our Digital Strategy to life.
  • Champion sustainability through a Net Zero plan, achieving accreditation and meeting the new Social Housing Net Zero Standard.
  • Foster a culture of inclusion through meaningful Equality, Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.
  • Support our people with evolved hybrid working and a comprehensive Organisational Development Strategy.
  • Optimise partnerships by exploring closer collaboration within our Enterprises and Maintenance arms.
  • Ensure financial resilience amidst a challenging economic landscape.

Our Governing Body has a diverse range of skills and experience and formed as a cohesive Board through a mix of internal and external training. The Board provides appropriate support and challenge to the Executive Team ensuring that our strategic plans align with our ambition and risk appetite.
