As a member of the Leadership Team, the Director of Asset Management is a key contributor to Almond’s overall management and the achievement of corporate aims and objectives. Having very recently commenced in post as the new CEO we are embarking on an exciting change programme, building on the excellent work which has been done by the Association over previous years.  Our refreshed approach to how we work will ensure that we create a culture of trust, innovation, empowerment and continued improvement. 

The Director of Asset Management will ensure that our core product and service offer is one which is customer focussed and which meets the aspirations of our customers. Clearly we are looking for someone who has the necessary skills and experience to fulfil the role however equally important is a positive can do attitude.  You will be supportive in your approach with a belief in empowering your team to achieve great results. Being a team player is another key quality which you will bring to the organisation and Senior Management Team.
